Orders & Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping is free on orders over $50. A flat rate of $6.95 applies to orders under $50. UPS 2-Day expedited shipping is also available at checkout. Orders $100+ may qualify for a Free UPS 2-Day upgrade (shown automatically if eligible).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days once shipped. UPS 2-Day delivers within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.

What payment methods do you accept, and is financing available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out quickly with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
For flexible payment options, Shop Pay Installments allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments—no fees, no impact on your credit score. Just select Shop Pay at checkout to see if you qualify.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products purchased directly from Attain. Please include your order number when submitting a return request.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email. The system will confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping is free and we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
For all other approved returns, you can either use your own label or generate a prepaid one through the portal (the cost will be deducted from your refund).

Can I return opened products?

Opened skincare items are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact support within 30 days of delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Are your products fragrance-free?

Yes. All Attain Skincare products are fragrance-free and formulated without parabens, phthalates, sulfates, silicones, or drying alcohols.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Attain Skincare does not test on animals.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. Our formulas were developed by a veteran beauty executive and licensed esthetician to deliver maximum results while being gentle on all skin types.

What does “biodegradable” mean in your sheet masks and patches?

Our DRIP Mask and Eye Patches are made from biodegradable materials that naturally break down over time, reducing environmental impact.

Where are your products made?

Attain Skincare products are designed in the U.S. and produced by trusted global manufacturing partners who meet strict quality standards.

Do your products contain clean ingredients?

Yes. Every formula is free of:

Warranty & Tools

Do your facial tools come with a warranty?

Yes. All Attain facial tools (Cooling Cryo Balls, Awakening Eye Wand, Sculpting Gua Sha, and Boosting Body Brush) are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
